The short version

We collect what we need to get your order to you, and nothing else. We do not sell your details to anyone.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and email address if you give one. When you contact us through the form: your name, email and message. When you browse: your browser sets a session cookie so the shopping basket works, and we see basic technical information such as which pages were visited.

What we use it for

To confirm your order, deliver it, take payment on delivery, and answer you if you get in touch. We keep order records because we have to keep sales records for accounting.

Who else sees it

The delivery driver gets your name, address and phone number, because otherwise they cannot find you. This website runs on Odoo, which hosts the data on our behalf. Nobody else gets your details, and we do not sell or rent them.

Cookies

This site uses a session cookie so your basket survives between pages. That is required for the shop to work. We do not run advertising trackers.

Your choices
