What we sell

We sell clearance and surplus stock bought from European retailers. Goods are new and unused, in the manufacturer's own packaging. Manuals and packaging are often in German, French or English rather than Arabic. Where a manufacturer warranty applies it is the manufacturer's warranty, and we will help you claim it.

Prices and stock

All prices are in US dollars and include VAT at 11%. Most lines arrive in ones and twos, so an item may sell out in the shop between you ordering it and us picking it. If that happens we will contact you and cancel or refund in full — you are never charged for something we cannot supply.

Payment

Orders placed on our website are paid cash on delivery: you pay the driver when the goods arrive. We may call or message you to confirm an order before sending it.

Delivery

Delivery is $3 within Beirut and $4 elsewhere in Lebanon. We deliver inside Lebanon only. A delivery time is agreed with you when the order is confirmed.

Returns

If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including the delivery fee. Unused goods in their original unopened packaging may be returned within 7 days for a refund of the item price; the delivery fee is not refunded in that case. Personal care items and fragrance can only be returned if faulty, once opened.
